DIAGNOSTICS OF LEVEL OF USE OF INNOVATION AND RESOURCE POTENTIAL AND INTERREGIONAL DIFFERENCES IN FEDERAL DISTRICTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
The article offers the authors approach to diagnostics of the level of use of innovation and resource potential of Russian territories. Ongoing, average and dynamic results of the functioning of the regions and federal districts are processed on the basis of the official statistics data. The evaluation of the spread in values of main regional indicators for a long period of time is made. The interrelation of the specific economic and infrastructural factors is justified. Key directions of the development of the depressive territories are defined.
