The Mechanism for Forming Profit and its Influence on Development of National Economy

Abstract

The essence of profit and the processes of its formation in macroeconomics are examined, which were investigated using the developed table «Formation of incomes and expenditures of the productive sphere, non-productive sphere (budget) and population in the state». The table shows the options for the formation and distribution of income in the state through the budget system. As a result of the research it was revealed how the profit is formed in the state, what is its economic essence as a macroeconomic category, how profit affects the development of the national economy.
