

Специфика корпоративной социальной ответственности в условиях дистанционной занятости работников

Аннотация
Актуальность изучения различных аспектов корпоративной социальной ответственности является предметом всевозможных исследований в последние десятилетия. Однако в современный период новая экономическая парадигма, основанная на цифровых технологиях и информационных сетях, коренным образом меняет традиционную экономическую среду и виды деятельности, что приводит к глубокой реструктуризации корпоративных бизнес-моделей, организационных структур и моделей рыночной конкуренции. В работе представлен широкий обзор международных и отечественных исследований, связанных с проблемой корпоративной социальной ответственности. Статья разбита на несколько разделов, касающихся отдельных вопросов корпоративной социальной ответственности и дедуктивно раскрывающих ее значение для эффективного функционирования организации. Ключевыми аспектами работы выступили интерпретация взаимосвязи между корпоративной социальной ответственностью и цифровыми технологиями, оценка дискуссии о корпоративной социальной ответственности и корпоративной цифровой социальной ответственности, наконец, разработка вопроса о специфике формирования корпоративной социальной ответственности в ситуации удаленной занятости персонала. Использование библиографического метода в интерпретации проблемы корпоративной социальной ответственности позволило дать четкое понимание обсуждаемых вопросов. Данные, полученные в ходе исследования, послужили основой для разработки рекомендаций по рассматриваемой проблеме.
