Развитие концепции управления стоимостью: обзор зарубежных публикаций и вызовы для российских компаний

Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор зарубежных публикаций по проблематике управления стоимостью компании (Value-Based Management, VBM) на основании репрезентативной выборки из 40 статей от общего количества публикаций за 2000– 2025 гг. Основные направления исследований систематизированы по 7 тематическим блокам, представлен обзор ключевых выводов и результатов исследований в каждом блоке, проведен их анализ. Отмечено преобладание эмпирического типа исследований и отсутствие консенсуса по ряду вопросов. Обозначены вызовы для российских компаний в связи с адаптацией концепции VBM в современных условиях.
