Сравнительный анализ айтрекингового исследования психического стресса в онлайн-обучении

Аннотация
В статье рассматривается проблема выявления когнитивной усталости обучающихся в среде онлайн-образования с использованием данных айтрекинга. Предложен подход, сочетающий статистический анализ (корреляционный анализ и однофакторный дисперсионный анализ ANOVA) и методы машинного обучения. На основе открытого набора данных, содержащего 2784 наблюдения с 41 параметром движений глаз (включая диаметр зрачка, длительность фиксаций, время до первой фиксации, пиковую скорость саккад), проведена классификация уровня усталости по трем категориям (низкий, средний, высокий). Сравниваются три классификатора: наивный Байес, метод k -ближайших соседей и случайный лес (Random Forest). Показано, что наилучшую эффективность демонстрирует Random Forest с точностью 87 %, полнотой 86,6 % и F1-мерой 86,9 %. Выявлена сильная отрицательная корреляция между диаметром зрачка и усталостью ( r = –0,74). Отмечены ограничения, связанные с использованием веб-камер вместо лабораторного оборудования (более низкая частота дискретизации и точность). Полученные результаты подтверждают возможность оперативного мониторинга усталости в реальном времени для адаптации учебного контента.
