ASSESSING THE NEED TO IMPROVE ACTIVITIES OF TRADING ENTERPRISES BASED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

Implementation of quality management system  in the  activities of trading enterprises – is one of the tools to improve the organization and functioning of the processes, which is currently not developed in relation to the trading industry. But not all enterprises require in this approach of development activities. The proposed method of assessing the need for the  development of trading enterprises through the  implementation of a quality manage- ment  system  will allow trading enterprises to orient in the direction of improvement.
