FUTURE CHALLENGES: HIGH SCHOOL OF RUSSIA IN POSTINDUSTRIAL TRANSITION

Abstract

Analysis of global  sociocultural changes that  will define the  transformation of education sector in main  groups of countries of the  world  is carried out. Global «map»  of education is delineated. Main trends and factors that  will define changes in the system  of higher education in Russia in the next 15-20 years are marked out. The key actor is the completion of the social- anthropological «Enlightenment» («A  man  of knowledge») project that  worked as a cultural basis of industrialization and urbanization processes in mature economies, basis of mass edu- cational practices. The possibility of occurrence (development) of new social-anthropological projects and respective transformation of high school  is discussed.
