DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION HUMAN CAPITAL OF STAFF: DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR GENERAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Abstract
Attitude of management to the development of innovation human capital of the staff on the basis of content analysis of the «Director General» magazine articles is considered. The specificity and difference in understanding of investment and network nature of work of the staff is revealed.
