EXPERT DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING SYSTEM OF TURBINE POWER PLANTS CONDITION

Abstract

The article presents the concept of «soft» operation of power plants, based on mathematic models of defect state identification. Optimization of states at selection of the best  and worst regimes, management decision taking and forecasting of increase of efficiency of power plants use, including maintenance – form the basis of the new concept aimed at the increase of operating  time  at the minimization of maintenance costs.
