ON THE NATIONAL FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT CULTURE IN MONGOLIA

Abstract

The  paper brings  up the  issue  of peculiarity of the  national culture of Mongolia and  application in organization management on the  basis  of results of investigation determinative factors of culture. National and  foreign experience in the  field  of the  national culture study is examined. The scheme of the globalization effect  on the national culture of Mongolia is offered. Investigation by Hofstede’s method for Mongolia is stated. In the conclusion the author gives recommendation on the  development of corporate culture of corporation considering the peculiarity pf the national culture.
