STAFF MOVEMENT AS THE MECHANISM OF CORPORATE COMPETITIVENESS INCREASE IN THE UNSTABLE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The socioeconomic essence and content of the staff movement in the context of exchange relations are revealed. Theoretic and  methodic basics of the staff movement mechanism, that allows the company  to have competitive staff and act on the variable  needs  in competitive advantages of employees,  are considered. The classification  of the staff movement types depending on the competitiveness of home labour market  is offered.
