INTERRELATION BETWEEN MARKET AND NONMARKET REGULATORS OF SOCIAL-ORIENTED SYSTEMS
Abstract
The article considers the interrelation between economic regulators with a direct influ- ence on functioning of social-oriented systems. Possibilities of market and nonmarket regulators integration as well as a follow-up forming of social-oriented economic agents operational environment are analyzed. Possible limitations affecting the efficiency of economic relations of social-oriented systems in market environment are formulated. Foreign experience of interaction formation of social-oriented subjects with other participants of economic activity as well as their involvement in the market system and assessments of socioeconomic effects is analyzed.
