ON SOME SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS OF FORMING OF THE CONSUMER SERVICES DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Abstract
The article formulates the problem of low level of the consumer services development in big Russian cities. A number of facts characterizing strong territorial and price distortions in consumer services are outlined. Theoretic theses that explain disproportions in the context of a special economic balance with allowance for risks are formulated. Methods of the consumer services strategy construction on the basis of risks reduction and improvement of market competition in the industry are offered.
