MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT OF BANK PERSONNEL IN INNOVATION ECONOMY
Abstract
Socio-economic essence and content of the management development of bank personnel in conditions of formation of the national innovation economy are revealed. The genesis of concepts of the management development of personnel is considered. Classification of approaches on the management development of personnel depending on the corporate competitiveness of bank executives is offered.
