MERGERS AND ACQUISTIONS FEATURES IN THE RUSSIAN OIL-AND-GAS SYSTEM

Abstract

The  article discusses world  and  Russian trends in mergers and  acquisitions. Identifying features of the  Russian M&A market are  pointed out.  Main  factors and  trends forming the mergers and acquisitions market in the Russian oil-and-gas system  are considered. Special  attention is given to the examination of goals and peculiarities of integration strategies. Conclusions and recommendations were  made.
