PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT OF SOCIALLY OWNED ENTERPRISE IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The article lists principles necessary for establishment of a socially owned enterprise. The proportions of physical and intellectual workers at home enterprise are specified. Restriction to the highest level of management and specifics of management of the socially owned enterprise are shown. The notion of the production at the socially owned enterprise is given. Principles of organization of production and types of manufacturing losses are shown. Performance features at the socially owned enterprise are set out.
