APPROACHES TO THE UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND FINANCIAL POTENTIAL OF THE REGION
Abstract
The author tries to find differences between the terms financial capacity and financial resources. Financial terms of capacity and financial resources in recent years are often used synonymously. Found differences in the meanings of terms discussed. The basic differences discussed terms. Financial resources of the region are considered as part of the state financial resources.
