THE SOCIAL SUPERMARKET INDEXES APPLICATION TO INCREASE THE MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY

Abstract

Nowadays in our country there is no universal system of indicators to value the financial and economical efficiency of market and manage the quality of life on municipal level. The Federal methods of these indicators calculation are not adapted for municipal level. The information-analytical system of author’s model «Social supermarket» accumulates municipal statistics and allows local authorities to calculate the optimal list of important indicators to analyze and value territory social and economical state.
