THE MONITORING OF QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES WHICH IS BASED ON POLL TRAINED (METHODICAL TOOLS)
Abstract
Article is devoted to a research problem which relevance in the conditions of transformation of the Russian system of higher education is represented obvious. In work the attention that the high level of quality of educational services is not only the most important parameter of competitiveness of educational institution, but also one of the main motives of its choice potential and real entrants is focused. Noted circumstance is confirmed by results of profile monitoring.
The central place in article is given to methodical aspect. Respectively, as the main result containing an element of scientific novelty the original methodical tools intended for monitoring of quality of educational services, aimed at diagnostics of a level of quality of educational services and the structural analysis of its change act. Realization of methodical tools is illustrated on conditional examples. Results of approbation on the example of the analyzed educational program are reflected in work.
