ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS IMPACT FACTOR ON EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT (BY EXAMPLE OF MONGOLIAN CULTURE)

Abstract

The article considers theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the «organizational culture» category, and the results of the diagnostics of the state of the organizational culture in corporations of Mongolia are presented; the following tasks were formulated and solved gradually to accomplish the target goal: the review of the modern state of the organizational culture in Mongolian corporations and enterprises is made; the analysis of the state of the organizational culture is given, conclusions and recommendations regarding the improvement of the organizational culture in companies of Mongolia are made.
