INTERNAL CROWDSOURCING: AN ATTEMPT AT ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL NATURE
Abstract
Despite the popularity of internal crowdsourcing as a tool of increase of effectiveness of personnel, it has not benn analyzed from the point of view of economic theory. Neither was it placed within the system of tools of mobilization of personnel for non-routine tasks. The present paper contains an analysis of internal crowdsourcing from the point of view of Marxist political economy. It is demonstrated that internal crowdsourcing hides alienation of labor instead of elimination it, and contributes to increase of exploitation of employees. A comparative analysis of internal crowdsourcing and other forms of personnel use with predominantly non-material compensation is made
