KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS AN EFFECTIVE MECHANISM FORMATION OF CONTINUOUS TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Modern socio-economic system of the Russian Federation requires a major upgrade by strengthening intellectual and innovative components of commercial activity of economic agents, which will contribute to the development of business entities as well as the national interests of adaptation to globalization processes «knowledge economy». The article presents a systematic view of the formation of a continuous system of training and development opportunities using modern knowledge management and other cognitive mechanisms to facilitate the modeling of common cultural and professional competencies that meet the current and strategic needs of business, society and the state.
