INFORMATION SUPPORT OF RESEARCH CAREER MANAGEMENT IN THE MARKET OF RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
Abstract
The paper presents the results of research aimed at improving career management objects in the residential real estate market. One of the most important aspects of improvement is an informational support of this process. In addition to marketing information, which is collected within the local market, information can be obtained by comparing their own activities with organizations at the regional or international markets, as well as with the activities of the organization with other industry (benchmarking). Learning from the experience of foreign companies in the Office can greatly succeed on the residential real estate market. Given the opportunity, including embedded benchmarking in process of formation of marketing information system, which enables you to explore management in parallel with the promotion, resulting in management decisions are taken to adjust activities to advance. Also structural information is presented for the residential real estate market research, including market factors and communication environment with methods of research.
