DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS GRAIN PRODUCTS SUB NOVOSIBIRSK REGION

Abstract

The present study shows the current state of grain products sub Novosibirsk region, assessed the prospects of its development, taking into account the need to ensure food security in the region. As the object of research is the grain products sub Novosibirsk region. Mathematical methods are used, comparative analysis, and economic and statistical methods. The scientific novelty of the study is to examine the situation in the combined grain products sub region and the forecast of development until 2030. The practical application set forth in the recommendation will ensure food security for the region such an important category as a bakery and pasta. The main results obtained should be made the following points. Now the area produce enough grain for internal needs. And at the same time there is a lack of existing facilities for the processing of grain into flour in terms of ensuring the regulatory requirements of bread and pasta. And this situation is a threat to food security in the region. In the area required the introduction of new milling facilities that will ensure the production of flour at a level of normative consumption 286.8 thousand tons per year and should be about 53.1 tons per hour. The work carried out to determine the zoning of the most preferred locations of potential refining capacity. The main criterion while performing optimization of transport costs for shipping grain from the fields for processing. As a result it has been allocated four primary zones. In the context of these zones were calculated recommended processing capacity of grain into flour as of now and in the run up to 2030.
