REGIONAL INEQUALITY IN MODERN RUSSIA: STATE AND OUTLOOK
Abstract
Base characteristics of the regional inequality in modern Russian society are considered. Key parameters of estimation of level of socioeconomic development of regions are presented. Index of human potential development and its components is introduced. Link between regional inequality and economic growth of regions is detected.
