BASIC MECHANISMS OF MIGRATION POLICY OF ATTRACTION EDUCATIONAL MIGRATORS: WHAT RUSSIA CAN LEARN FROM THE LEADING WORLD POWERS?
Abstract
The article brings the issues of educational human migration. Main migration flows of educational migrators into leading countries for the purpose of attraction of foreign students are analyzed. Administrative, legal and socioeconomic mechanisms of attraction of educational migrators are emphasized. Recommendations towards the migration policy making for the purpose of attraction of educational migrators into the Russian Federation are given.
