QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF ACCOUNTING POLICY FOR ACCOUNTING PURPOSES OF ENTERPRISES OF BREAD-MAKING IN ORDER TO IMPROVE IT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the structure and content of accounting policy for accounting purposes in enterprises of bread-baking. The evaluation of accounting policy on the example of enterprises of bread-making, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. The proposed sequence of the evaluation of accounting policies and the accounting policies that must be specified in the disclosure of organizational, technical and methodological aspects. Selected recommendations for improving accounting policies of baking with the features of activities.
