The journal “Vestnik NSUEM” was registered on 05.12.2007 in the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications and Mass Communications (certificate of state registration of mass medium PI N FS 77-30505), in the ISSN international center (serial number ISSN 2073-6495). The scientific publication is registered in the Russian Science Citation Index. The journal is a subscription magazine, the subscription index in the “Papers. Magazines” catalogue of Rospechat Agency – 36535, in the “Press of Russia” union catalogue - Е11238.

The first edition came out in 2008. The Journal is released in strict adherence to the stated periodicity – 4 issues a year.

In 2011 the journal was included in the List of peer-reviewed journals, approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The main contents of the journal are scientific articles, conferences proceedings, scientific reviews with regard to the following branches of knowledge: economic, sociologic and technical sciences.
