DEVELOPMENT OF METHODICAL ASPECTS OF STATISTICAL RESEARCH OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND INNOVATIVE SPHERE: SYSTEM APPROACH
Abstract
In the article theoretical provisions of need of application of methodical approaches to carrying out the joint statistical analysis and influence estimation, on the one hand, a scientific and innovative field of activity on process of economic development, and with another – influence of level of economic development, qualitative characteristics of the human and labor capital on a condition of the scientific and innovative sphere of economic activity are developed and proved. For deeper statistical studying of tendencies of development of the scientific and innovative sphere it is offered to expand the list of structural components of social and economic potential of society, and, therefore, and the considered sphere, due to inclusion in it, besides the known: legal, ecological, information, financial, infrastructure and organizational components.
