HOUSING MARKET AND THE PROBLEMS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT IN THE NOVOSIBIRSK REGION
Abstract
In the article based on analysis of the state of the housing market of Novosibirsk region the main problems of the industry are identified, their grouping on the institutional, technological and economic is made. Particular attention to transaction costs of construction companies is paid. Conclusions about the possibility of using the results of analysis for the economic and mathematical modeling of the supply of housing in the region are formulated.
