SELF-EMPLOYMENT IN THE EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM: FEATURES, PROPERTIES, PROBLEMS

Abstract

The article considers one of the employment types – self-employment. Variations from the employment relations  (participants, connection form of labour power with means of production, organizational forms, behaviour etc.) are shown. Genetic  reasons  for self-employment development are revealed.  Key phenomenological features  are pointed  out. Main properties of self-employment (awareness, practicability, sociality, uncertainty etc.)  are  formulated. Development problems  are stated.
