MATHEMATICAL MODELING READY STATE AND COMMERCIAL (PRIVATE) STRUCTURES TO PARTNERSHIP THE HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES
Abstract
The article deals with public-private partnership in the sphere of housing and communal services. A mathematical model for determining the readiness of state and commercial structures for partnership. On the basis of expert evaluation criteria imposed by computer simulation determined the level of preparedness of each of the actors to the partnership. The analysis of the simulation results.
